Before you do any thing. STOP you MUST read this 80 page post before running this.
Nojoke its HUGE. But the stuff you need in addition to this is included in THAT post.
DONOT REQUEST THE FILE NEEDED HERE PLEASE.
Reading this huge post serves two purposes. It educates you what the problem is. If you have it. And gives you the only thing you need to fix it other then idstorage manager.

Okay, for some of you who have been waiting, here's v1.0 of my IdStorage Manager. It lets you dump, view, verify, and change your IdStorage keys.

I checked this on my PSP by "breaking" the USB with an edited 0x0041.bin key file, then restored it with the proper key file, checking both times on my PC that the key was written and did in fact "break" and "fix" the USB.

If you're the suspicious type, the source code is included. I've also included a kxploited version in the archive as I anticipate people running this on stock PSPs with something like HEND.

If you have no idea what this is all about, read up on the subject first! There's a thread here that you should read through first.

Now to go to bed... it's been a LONG day.
