Hey everyone that Metallic Blue is out in one week!

Hey acerthier! that shiny blue is finally out soon..

finally i'm going to get myself on a decent looking PSP slim.


one question... I have a pandora & magic battery that I created from

my old Metallic Blue (phat) psp... it will allow me to customized a psp to start at 3.80M33

my question here is.... am i going to be able to use my pandora battery for this new psp

Slim that is coming out next week?

need some info before i go and waste money on buying for nothing.. thanks!

it's hard to tell if it has a TA-088v2 motherboard which means you can convert to CFW using DC6 or

the latest TA-088v3 which can't be converted to CFW as of this time..

If it has 4.01 firmware pre-installed, then it's most likely a TA-088 v3, which Pandora cannot be used on yet.

Metallic blue came out 3 weeks ago
Ta-088v2 and v3 are both reported in Chinese forums

and yet i ain't got one for myself..

too much car problems..

but i'll be getting one soon.


one BIG question...

if you used pandora on a TA Version 3, will it bricked the psp? that is the only concern i have..

beside the obvious fact that the only way to know what TA version a psp has is to open the box itself and check the software version as per what x3sphere says... but of course, once the box is opened there is no returning the psp.

so what should i do... buy it anyways?:confused1:

I DID IT!!!!


wasn't sure what TA mother board it was on.

took a gamble and paid off..

i'm on 4.01 M33-2

with my new metallic blue SLIM psp...

can't wait to test this baby on my HD 42"

hehehehe.... jackpot!

what would have happened if I got the TA-V3 Motherboard??? will it brick the psp?
