Need Help !!! Psp with 5.00 OFW needs 5.00 CFW

I have a psp phat that previously ran CFW but had not used it for a while so wanted to upgrade to a newer CFW,I installed an update of 5.00 OFW by mistake now want to downgrade or install Dark Alex 5.00 M33-3 CFW but psp says "This game cannot be started,the data is corrupted".

Anyone know why this is happening,I have completed Dark Alex instructions to the letter and still nothing works.

Please Help if you can
