Thankfully, that artificial upscaling technique can be enabled or disabled at will, according to SEGA UK spokesperson Martin Snelling:[blockquote2]I’ve had confirmation that the filter can indeed be switched off.[/blockquote2]To top it all off, games in the compilation automatically display at whatever aspect ratio your console is set at. In 16:9 mode, no black bars will be shown, with the full width and height of the screen being taken advantage of. Retro fans can now breathe a sigh of relief.
