Steam recently changed the default privacy settings for all users. This may impact tracking. Ensure your profile has the correct settings by following the guide on our forums.
There's a "learning" button...I forget what it is. I think it's Start. Anyway, you press the learning key on the right screen, then point the original remote at the PSP, press the button you want to learn, etc etc. It should be pretty self explanatory once you get into learning mode.
