Is this normal for MS to do?

well, i just sent my 360 in, and the day after i drop it off at UPS, on xbox.com it shows this:

when i click on the check status button from here:

now, does this normally happen? i first noticed this yesterday and thought, maybe it is just a temporary error... but i am not sure. what should i do, wait a little longer, or contact MS?

That web status thing was never accurate for me in the past. Just wait a few days. If you just mailed it, there's nothing to report anyway.

resolved. called them up yesterday and the guy said that the distro center just received it. Just checked today and the Repair page works again, thanks for the help guys
