If anyone has experience with PCEP can someone please explain the usage of
ISO_READ, TOC_READ, WAV_READ exe's in the WinEXE folder.

I am curious about what they do and why they are there. Are they for converting BIN/CUE or 1:1 images for use with the emulator? And if so how to use them?

I translated the readme's with google translate but it didn't really have any info. I could understand.
