RemoteJoy and non-standard overlays(Popsloader and CWCheat etc)

I have noticed a lot of people use remote joy for when their screen is broken and so they have problems seeing POPSLoader or CWCheat with RemoteJoy's default setup.

The solution is to go into the settings and turn on VBlank forced transfer. With this on I have no problem seeing the pops menu or cwcheat.

Hope this helps some of those out there
