[Solved] 3.90 with Pandora battery

Hello, was wondering if you can install 3.90 M33-3 with a pandora battery. I keep on seeing people say that you have to have CFW to install 3.90 M33-3.

Edit - I tried it once and it failed but I just tried it again and it worked, I guess its because my internet shut off last time.
