BB code not showing?

Hi, I created my gamercard (PSN) but there is no BB code showing for me to use. I have tried on both my phone and desktop, but the same thing on both. Am I missing something?

What browser? BB code shows up for me in Chrome/Firefox/IE9.

Hmm, well you can paste your gamertag info here with desired skin and I can generate a card for you.

No idea what's going on though, hard to fix this as I can't reproduce. I have tried all versions of IE down to 7 and it renders fine on my machine.
