In a recent interview with CVG, company boss Cevat Yerli revealed that CryEngine 3 "runs beautifully" on Wii U, adding that a "respected developer" already has one project underway for it that's CE3 powered.

Yerli wouldn't delve further into specifics, but this at least confirms that we will see CryEngine 3 on the Wii U, which isn't entirely surprising after Crytek pledged its support for Nintendo's new hardware at E3 last year.

Ooh, someone using CE3 :) That actually excites me more than what ever game it is :p
Is public fear that the WiiU is less powerful than the PS3/360? Really? Hmm. That's weird. Even with modest tech for today they should be able to match it, if not surpass, no? The PS3/360 are 05/06 released (made before that) consoles after all.
What I see happening is that the WiiU will enjoy a year or so of having matched the competition hardware wise which will equal solid 'on par' games with PS3/360, before the other two announce new systems that make the WiiU look much like the Wii did vs the PS3/360.
