digimon world 1 prob

hi there.. i am new to PSx2PSP prog.. but i follow the guide about the ISOBUSTER and i tried to extract my psx game digimon world 1... before the end of the extraction, there will be a error saying "sector 162318 couldn't be read and they give me options to choose from.. but no matter what options i choose they will not let me proceed.. help pls!

Well, the problem is most likely that your disc is messed up. I, personally, click 'Fill with blank data' or 'Ignore' or whatever usually, and if more than one sector is messed up (probably is) then pay attention, if you click ignore or fill with dummy data then the sector number will change, and you'll make it through all of 'em eventually. Probably won't affect the game, but I can't promise anything.
