Directions for PSOne Emulator for PSP cfw 3.90 m33-2 and making it work?

I've Found a way to make it work now THANKS!!!

Does anyone know where to get a full tutorial for getting:
-a ps1 emulator for the psp
-and a tutorial to make that work!
-and if i need like popsloader, psardumper, etc

All of needs to be compatible with cfw 3.90 m33-2.

I've tried all day to try and get a ps1 emulator for the psp but i just can't get anything to work for my custom firmware version 3.90 m33-2. Thank you very much!

1)Popsloader. It's built-in in custom firmware.
