Do CTF themes work on HBL?

So far I'm happy with the HBL, except for loading up the game everytime I want to run a homebrew, but anyways I was wondering if we can use CTF themes with HBL and how? If not, would it ever be possible in the future?

Still, HBL can't manipulate plugins. That equals to no CTF fun.

No, while it does have some privelages, it doesnt have the same "root" privelages as an actual custom firmware, which allows anything to load. Sadly :(
