Toejam & Earl III: Mission to Earth was never going to be an Xbox exclusive. It turns out the game was also a work in progress for the Dreamcast, but as fate would have it, the game never popped up on Sega's final console.
Apparently, some code from Toejam & Earl III has been dug up, and depending on how a crowdfunding campaign plays out, we could eventually see the game released.
