This game needs the humor. The originals were heralded at a time when you could count the number of FPS's on one hand. If it tries to get serious at any point it will be an average game by today's standards and FPS library.

Yeah, that was what was great about the series: it's humor. I'm just hoping it gets a little better (humor-wise). I liked a few parts (whiteboard and field goal in particular), but felt many of the jokes were forced (near the end in particular)
