I personally have found it a little weird... I dislike the way the Menu Bar is disabled by default, and it also looked to me like they disable ClearType on some of the text.

What I would like to know.

I switched to Chrome as I felt Google actually implemented features while Mozilla just thought about it. How does it stack up?

i've been on firefox 4 beta 8 for awhile, beta 9/10 were giving me alot of input issues, i'm not sure if it's been resolved yet, but 8 has been working pretty awesome though, i'll upgrade to RC and see how that goes
