The one that added the store to the PSP was awesome in my opinion and that didn't happen very long ago.

That would depend on the individual.

For example, if having built in PS Store access is important to you then the answer would be 5.00. If you're a video buff then maybe the video playback speed changes of 4.00 are up your alley. If PS1 emulation is your thing then maybe the 3.95 button assignment customization was the last thing you really wanted.

I forgot they added PSN store. I have a bad flash chip so I've been running off time machine for some time.
