Games marked as Vita only despite PS4 ver.

My friends thought i bought a new Vita because of an #exophase status on Twitter saying I played Phantasy Star Online 2 (Vita). But i'm playing on PS4, it's out since April 20th.
I noticed a few more Vita/PS4 games like that, just to let you know guys even if you're probably aware.

I have updated the platform information for that game, thanks. If you could list the other games that need to be updated that would be appreciated. Currently this is handled manually so we rely on users notifying us.
