Games not updating

After checking my privacy settings and trying to re-adding and manually syncing Steam profile, games I've recently played were added, but all other games show correct playtime and zero achievements for some reason.
https://steamcommunity.com/id/hk46/ Steam profile and AStats both show all 1.7k achievements, but Exophase only shows 161. What should I do?

I've run a resync, seems it has picked up all achievements now.
