I got COD4 GOTY as a bonus with my Slim in September and i thought the extra maps were on the disk. (Please tell me if they are and how to use them). I now am thinking after playing it again that i gt ripped off as others say they got a piece of paper with a redeem code on it. i got no such thing and i got my game sealed and rand new from GAME (UK). Help please!
