Great site but have question with gamercard

My psn account shows up on my card but not my xbox one. Is that an issue on my end. I'm on usually xbox360achievements.org and it only shows the psn. I checked previous threads on here and couldnt figure it out. Im not the best with cpu's. Just checking for help thanks. when i created my gamercard on this site it only showed the one also not my 360 one. I double checked my spelling on my gamertag also. okay ill shut up now lol

Your 360 tag seems to be private which means we can't pull any info. Go to Xbox.com > My account > Privacy and Online settings

Make sure Profile Sharing and Game History is set to "everyone." After you've done this try recreating the card.

Yep they update every 3 hours or so.
