This weekend at New York ComicCon, 343 Industries announced the optional Kinect features found in Halo: CE Anniversary. With Kinect you will be able to use your voice to switch between the classic visuals or updated visuals, reload and throw grenades and scan objects into the new Library feature.
Within the Library players will be given detailed information on the scanned object (includes vehicles, enemies, weapons, etc.).
