Having trouble setting up 2FA

I'm entering the 6-digit code I get from the app but it says it's invalid.

In the "Authorize This Request" input field at the top, did you input your current password?

That error comes from the password not matching, not the 2FA code being incorrect.

I scanned the QR code into Google Authenticator, and then the Exophase entry showed up without asking for anything else. Should I try using the "secret key" instead of the QR code?
