PSP Help selling PSP

So here's the deal, I'm selling my FW 5.51 PSP and I want to know if you guys think this is a good deal:

"PSP 3000 (Good Condition) + 12GB Stick + 2 Games (Star Ocean: First Departure and FIFA 09) + USB Cable + Small black pouch (like the one the 1000 PSP models used top have) + 1 year warranty" for 150

I'd buy it. It's not that much more than a regular PSP and the 12 gb stick is well worth the price.
