Mr. Resetti has been a staple of Animal Crossing since the series' debut on the GameCube. In the upcoming Animal Crossing: New Leaf for the 3DS, however, it looks like his grumpy, imposing nature will be completely optional. The reason for this is because Resetti apparently makes little kids cry when he yells at them.
