MW2 Modded gamertags

Is it possible get ban for this over on xbox live?
I just seen someone in-game with a modded gamertag.
(like 3guys had there GT modded)

I wanted do it since its possible with a usb

2nd question:
Is it possible to change back to my normally gamertag at any time?

I went ahead and used a spare profile.

EzGt keeps saying "Filename should begin with "E0000......"

Anyone know how to fix this?

Yes you can get banned.
And yes you can go back.

Does the filename of your profile began with E0000?

It's pretty loserish to even do this.

I used to do this back in the days when you had to actually connect your HDD to your computer. Don't bother now, every time you have to sign into 2 profiles and it's just stupid now.
