My latest game not showing how many hours played

Hello, for some reason, the latest game that I've been playing.

It's The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak on PS5. I've logged in at least 20h+ on this game but no time is shown on this site or my profile. Is there a problem that is causing this?
