Need a good VGA cooler

Basically, the 4850 I have in my computer has a cooler that only focuses on the GPU itself. This means that I can't overclock the memory at all, if I try and move it up even 10Mhz, the card craps out.

So what I need is a decent aftermarket cooler compatible with the 4850 that covers the GPU, VRAM and VRM. Preferably dualslot since I've nothing taken up the next space :p

Arctic Cooling is nice. I have nowhere near as fancy of a fan + heatsink as that, since I have a stock one on my 4670, but I get 52 Celsius on load with about a 10-15% overclock.

HR-03GT. Nothing even remotely comes close to the radiating power of that thing. You can run a 4890 without a fan and its still cooler than the stock heatsink. The HR-03GT comes with RAM-sinks.
