PC Obvlion Recommended graphics mods?

Well I finally bought the damn game for my brother,(i plan on eventually playing it too) with the promise that i'd get mods that make the game look a lot better and don't make the character models ugly as a mutilated cow.


I've found Planet Elder Scrolls and some mods on there and TESNEXUS
but there are so many mods and "is not compatible with" or "requires *insert here*"
that I don't know what exactly to do.

I've seen some female models that look absolutely gorgeous.

What Graphics mods do you guys all recommend?

Adiuvo is the resident Oblivion nut but I think he lives in a GMT-8 timezone so he's probably asleep. When he gets on I'm sure he'll have a number of good recommendations.
