Ps4>Ps5 transition

I've created my exophase account when I was using ps4. Now that I have a ps5, it doesn't show up the ps5 progress while it still shows the xbox progress. How do I fix this?

Check your privacy settings on PSN. You likely changed them during the setup process on PS5.

I don't think so. Still, now I updated them and put everything public and it remains the same

You need to run a manual scan here afterwards or wait for an automatic one, it's not immediate after changing the setting. I have just run one now and it updated, before it was not picking up any new activity.
