It's telling me that it cant sync my PSN account although I've been able to add it to other services and confirm that the account name is correct and can be viewed. The name is JT-Shadow. Any chance i'm doing something wrong or its having an issue with the hyphenated name?

Try re-adding it, yes it was an issue with the hyphen.
