PS3 PSN Ban?

Hi guys,

I've got a simple question.

Can Sony ban your PSN account if you log-in via a hacked PSP? (PSP with custom firmware). I want to use the same PSN account I use for my PS3 on my PSP.

There has been no reports or records of anyone being banned from PSN for logging in on a PSP with custom firmware.

That doesn't mean they can't do it, just that they aren't.

Yeah, they surely can ban a PSN account with a simple switch flip (=mouse click).

They just don't, which doesn't mean they never will.
You can even send a CFW PSP in for repair w/o them getting mad at you (they'll just reflash to latest OFW *lol*).

They really don't care that much about CFW.


Besides, banning an account is a bit of a complicated topic.... imagine you spent quallity $$$ on PSN games, get banned and don't have access to them anymore....
I doubt they can do THAT so easiely....
