PSN Revamped PlayStation Store Postponed for UK

After a host of problems plagued the new PlayStation Store design yesterday across Europe, Sony has decided to postpone the new update in the UK and a handful of other PAL countries. The problems included faulty downloads, the inability to add funds, and PlayStation Plus accounts not being recognized.

"The phased launch of the new PlayStation Store has been temporarily postponed in some territories as teething issues related to the global roll-out of the Store are being addressed and resolved," announced Sony in a statement to MCV.

It's a shame that Sony's new PlayStation Store can't even be enjoyed by the masses across Europe.

Typical of Sony not to test their products to the point of being actually usable. It's a joke how they seem think these stupid screw ups are acceptable, had they tested it fully and properly then this wouldn't happen. Now not only does it make them look stupid, but also people lose faith and think they are incapable of making updates. Are they even changing the Downloads folder? Since that could use a good update to make it into a proper library instead of just a massive list.
