A favorite among Sonic the Hedgehog aficionados has been officially announced by Sega. Sonic Adventure 2 was revealed as part of the Sega Heritage old school revival during the company's Sonic Boom event at San Diego Comic-Con.

Sonic Adventure 2 was leaked last month as an Xbox Live Arcade title, so it was fair to assume that the game would be headed to the PlayStation Network, as well.

Loved how they poked fun at the leak through the announcement trailer. Not sure I want anything leaking onto my console though.
