Unknown game showing up

There's a few issues on my account....

I had that game... didn't even get a single achievement and i removed from my account and it says i have all of the achievements....

That, and Mad max - Alem Da Cupula do Trovao Player
I don't even know what game that is...

I removed those games and ran a re-sync, everything seems fine now
