XBL not shown

PSN all ok but my gt SteaXy not shown. All privacy is ok. I know also what some my friend too cant find my gt from consol, only throught smartglass. Can you help?

Hmm, did a search for "SteaXy" and I can't pull up info for that gamertag on the Xbox website or Smartglass, says it doesn't exist.

Yeah...but I can find ppls and play ok.

That's weird. Usually there's some indication the gamertag exists even with all privacy turned on etc

Can you try adding me as a friend on Xbox - x3sphere

Want to see if you'll show up in my list once added.

Thanks. I was able to locate your account by ID and manually added it to your profile here. Tracking will work fine.

Don't know why it can't be picked up by gamertag though, first time I've seen that happen

Sry again, but now how make this http://gamercards.exophase.com/ ? For multi-style. Which ID did you use?

The gamercard page doesn't support input by ID, it would require some bigger changes.

Best I can do right now is manually create the card for you, let me know what skin.

I would contact MS about this btw, should ask them why your profile page doesn't load on Xbox.com for others: https://account.xbox.com/en-US/Profile?gamerTag=SteaXy
