I responded to you last week on Discord - it was for Forza 6. Seems to be impossible to unlock the Historic Effort achievement as soon as you did (June 3). And you are marked as GS only on TA which indicates some past flags. We don't know which games those are, but they should be invalidated here if you are aware of them.
 
Honestly I am not sure about the Historic Effort Achievement, I don't even remember it popping tbh. The reason I am GS only on TA is because back in the day during 2008-2009 Gears of war 1 the seriously achievement was bugged, you needed 10k ranked kills but I had over 15k kills, this was a known bug. anyway, a few years later I had my friend (who had Horizon or whatever the 360 modding tool was) unlock seriously achievement for me since i technically met the kill requirements to get it. He was an ass hole and hit "unlock all" on like 20 of my games... anyway, that was agessss ago. TA doesnt appeal anything
