POPS splash screen..

Hey guys, I was booting a PSX game that was premade into an EBOOT. I saw the below splash screen and I like it better than the original POPS splash screen, so, here it is for everyone if they want to put it in with their PSX games.

I just find it more appealing to the eye.


I've stored it on my webserver, for safe keeps.

In my opinion, I find this one to be better, because it's high contrast, not so hard on my eyes. I'm just sharing the wealth (as it were) for anyone who wants it.

Ehhhh?

Isn't that the same old splash screen? Or am I missing something here?

Was it different in the earlier 3.xx firmwares? (I didn't start messing with POPS until recently, on 3.10 OE-A'.)

I know the original playstation had that with a white background, but I don't remember seeing anything different from that black background one in POPS.
