Downgrading from 4.01 ofw?

Well, I've searched all over with no luck.
I have a PSP Fat with 4.01 OFW.
I have a 256mb Mem Card.
I have a 32mb Mem Card.

How can I downgrade?...err... more specificly... how can I get M33 on it?
I also have almost no money to spend.
Please help me out guys? I've really been looking forward to getting my friends PSP (just got it) and putting on the CFW. :\

Well for me I Have downgraded my 4.01 ofw to 3.71 m33-3 CFW then patch the new 4.01CFW and the mall in place(Philippines) and it was success full. But I paid 10$ for his patch.

You need a Pandora battery and magic memory stick to install CFW on official 4.01. There is no way around it. If you don't know anyone with a homebrew-capable PSP then I suggest purchasing a pre-converted battery.
