100 push ups, are you up for it?

I did the initial test and got.... 8
Week 1 - Day 1
Set 1 - 6: Done
Set 2 - 6: Done
Set 3 - 4: Done
Set 4 - 4: Done
Set 5 - 5: Got to 7

Is it bad im exhausted?

Nah, you're doing well so far. I mean, you did 27 in a session, bet if you were asked if you could 27 pushups yesterday you probably would of said no.

Set 3- 15 complete
Set 4- 15 complete
Set 5- 15 complete
Set 6- 25 complete

I started to shake a little on the last five. A year ago from this date I could only do 7-10 max before getting tired, the gym helped out a lot.
Without stopping- Haven't tried

I just didn't feel satisfied stopping when my body could keep going. However this is after a year of extensive working out. It helps I focused on the arms, chest, and stomach.

Lost 30 pounds, and still maintaining.:)

Awesome, keep going then and try to get 200 by the time we all get 100 ;)

I need to do this. I did the initial test and I could only do 15. I was able to do around 50, but then I stopped for awhile.

I'm not one for endurance even though I workout and eat a healthy diet.



My First attempt got me 25, I felt like I could go more but I stopped. I didn't push myself hard enough! X<

You do a initial test max to find what column you do each week.

Set 1 - 10 (completed)
Set 2 - 12 (completed)
Set 3 - 7 (completed)
Set 4 - 7 (completed)
Set 5 - At least 9 (10, completed)

I did 60-second breaks for each of them. I collapsed after ten in set 5.

It's day two for me now and my arms still feel exhausted from yesterday, once I wake up I'm going to give it a go again but I fear I won't be able to do it.

I'm the same but gunna go swimming then Day 2 tomorrow

Got 9 on my initial test, I'm actually pretty impressed with that. I'm gonna see how for I can go with it, so you can count me in.

An interesting return thread for me I guess. Hello all, and I will let you know as soon as possible how many push ups I can do, once I know if, since being female, do I get to do the push ups from the knee or do I have to do it at full stretch on the toes for it to count?
