with keyboard and mouse for first person shooters isnt it easier to get good shots at people? its fucking hassle with the 360 sometimes i know that.

Based on my personal experience, the 360 is an easy controller on the hands, the PS3 has a nice layout but weird shape, and the keyboard and mouse... you don't have to worry about those factors and you're left with a more precise and easy-to-use control scheme.
