Officially, Crytek has went on record to say that it has no in-house projects under development for Wii U. Despite this, the company remains quite vocal about the hardware, and for good reason. In a recent interview with CVG, company boss Cevat Yerli revealed that CryEngine 3 "runs beautifully" on Wii U, adding that a "respected developer" already has one project underway for it that's CE3 powered.
Yerli wouldn't delve further into specifics, but this at least confirms that we will see CryEngine 3 on the Wii U, which isn't entirely surprising after Crytek pledged its support for Nintendo's new hardware at E3 last year.
