Moose I had the same problem. Now I stay on top of things by taking all the freeleeches and leaving them seeding every day. Then when I want something (ratio permitting) I take it.

The thing is, none of the freeleeches I have are uploading. If they do it is for about 10 minutes at 14kB/s which is just a piss take. :p

I have a 50 to 10gb ratio in IPT almost. Or somewhere around there.
