Looking for a game...

There's a game around, where you have a start point and a finish point, and you have to make tubes that go from the start to the finish, leading the water stream to the end...

I'm looking for a free clone of this game (If there's only commercial xD I'll buy!) does anyone here have a name?

I think you may be looking for pipedreams and I think it comes with an old windows entertainment pack.
