It's a relatively long beta for single player and has a multiplayer component. Multiplayer is very similar to Gears of War's Horde mode.

So the verdict was apparently it was an accidental leak by Microsoft. I got some footage of the game although I didn't compress it at all so it's been uploading all afternoon
