I am running Windows XP and I want to get into desktop customization. What are some good programs/websites for this stuff?

Customize.org - Download Themes, Skins, Wallpapers and Icons for Windows from the original skin site!
Rainmeter.net

I use those two, Customize for themes and Rainmeter for widgets.
