So if it's a bad rip your saying you don't have a higher chance of getting banned?

According to a few people on different forums, Microsoft can tell when your console is modded regardless of your game rip.

Makes sense, they usually don't go after everyone with a modded xbox, I haven't gotten hit yet. Playing games early doesn't help either. They are probably going to go after people with MW2 and Forza 3.
