Water Found on the Moon

so this is rely good right water can be broken down into oxygen and [HIGHLIGHT]carbon dioxide [/HIGHLIGHT]right so then wouldnt that make moon base much easyer to maintain ?

H20 = Hydrogen + Oxygen
No carbon. Besides, traces of water on the moon isn't enough to break up into oxygen. Not that there's much common sense to do it.

Carbon Dioxide = Carbon + Oxygen [CO2] - Every 2 Oxygen atoms for every one carbon atom.

Water = Hydrogen + Oxygen [H20] - 2 Hydrogen atoms for every one Oxygen atom.

I'd like to see how much further NASA are going to take this project. Has/is there going to be a full analysis of what they've found soon?
