Assuming demand does not spike significantly, you should have less of a difficult time finding a Wii this holiday season, as Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime recently dropped word that production has been bumped up to 2.4 million units per month.[blockquote2]Nintendo has continually raised the production levels of the Wii hardware. We're now producing 2.4 million units a month worldwide.[/blockquote2]By contrast, Nintendo was shifting 1.6 million Wii units in the retail channel last year. That's a 33 percent increase overall in terms of monthly figures.
